Don’t you just hate it when someone else wears the same dress to a party? So does your iPod. No, really. Dress up your iPod with iPod Tattoos!
HP has come up with a way to make your iPod truly your own: printable adhesive tattoos you design and print. You can choose from designs on the site, or you can use your own images.
Here’s how it works: first you will need iPod Tattoos. They’re like adhesive address labels, only they’re iPod shaped. You can order them from HP’s iPod Tattoo web site.
Once you have the printable tattoo sheets, you can go to the HP iPod Tattoo Tutorial website. Now you can make a choice: choose one of HP’s preset designs, and print it onto your iPod Tattoo labels.
To me the next options makes more sense; after all, you want your iPod to be unique, right? In that case, choose to upload your own image. Crop, rotate, flip–edit as you please, and when you’re ready, preview how it will look on the template.
When you like what you see, print out the template in PDF form, print it on your iPod Tattoo labels, slap it on your iPod and you have a unique look for your tunes!
doesn’t it wear off? One would think you would require some kind of protective clear over the page…
I use sign vinyl scraps
Actually I wondered about this myself and would love to know so if you try it, please post…I do not have an iPod so can’t try this myself. I do agree with you that a half worn-off sticker would look really tacky, and you would need to make sure your ink is water-resistant…hate to have ink running all over.
