As rumored here, Adobe released a portion of their upcoming Production Premium suite—After Effects CS3 Pro and Premiere Pro CS3.

After Effects CS3 Pro and Premiere Pro CS3 are not being released until the third quarter—unlike Adobe’s print and web applications—but Adobe did release public betas of these two applications. After Effects CS3 Pro can be found here; Premiere Pro CS3 can be found here.

I have seen demoes of After Effects CS3 Pro during my immersion in the CS3 material, and the advances it is making look solid; I will report on it after I get a feel for the beta and play with it a little bit.
