New MadeToPrint XT 1.5 for QuarkXPress offers high automation level

QuarkxPress users can speed up the prepress process with the new third party XTention, MadetoPrint

MadeToPrint, a new QuarkXPress XTenxion, was released in September 2005 by the German company Callas Software. This XTension automates and speeds up the preflight and the production of PDFs from QuarkXPress documents.

BERLIN, September 2005 The new version 1.5 of callas MadeToPrint., which has been presented at Print 05 for the first time, opens up new options to automate and accelerate work stages around output and printing. The XTension is able to search for missing images and relink modified images. The update will be available from October 2005 on.

MadeToPrint XT takes away the need to configure and double check settings for printing and EPS/PDF export over and over again; the XTension allows printing a QuarkXPress file and converting it via Acrobat Distiller in just one go. Additional features include single page PDF/EPS output, customizable file naming and configurable job slugs on every document page.

Callas Software was founded in Berlin in 1995 and specializes in software applications for press, prepress and publishing industries.
