Altia just announced a 1.05 upgrade to PhotoProto.

Version 1.05 has the following enhancements:
PhotoProto is much faster now! - more than 2000% (yes, that's two thousand percent) speed improvement for large files.
Mac support for 3D Models.
New warning/error summary at the end of builds.
Decks now work even when embedded in layer sets.
Improved support for restricted user environments.
General bug fixes.

I'm not sure why, but the download links will only be available for a week or so:

Windows
Mac

I don't believe it can create X/HTML and CSS—PhotoProto is designed to create interfaces, and it uses XML to power the final product. I don't think there's a native way to convert the XML into working HTML and CSS.

Check out www.altia.com, they have other products including one that is designed to create deployable code. There may be a method to create HTML & CSS that way.
