I'm not sure, but I think PSW was at the Hynes 2-3 years ago; it probably worked for them then, and they expected it to work for them this year—but they didn't expect to sell out the way they did. BTW, I heard (unofficially) that there were 2,700 people at the event. Despite what I may say about its shortcomings, PSW was definitely a success. The Central Park line was just a joke. :)
