I also was having trouble finding the &quot;Custom CMYK,&quot; but after randomly clicking on everything I found it!
Edit&gt;Color Settings, then in the Working Spaces section click CMYK&gt;Custom CMYK. This will open the Custom CMYK window. Then follow directions above!

		<description>You just become my personal saviour! I was tearing my hair out to get a page containing 100 bitmap barcodes along with color graphics to be converted from RGB to CMYK. It is going to be printed with offset machine and the barcodes were so small they absolutely have to be plain black to be readable by machine.
